Carlos Alcaraz, the four-time Grand Slam champion and world No. 3 tennis star from Spain, has revised his list of top football players after initially leaving out Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi.
When questioned about reconsidering his list, Alcaraz responded, "Yes, yes, please. I want to mention that I believe I commented on this before. I meant I could name five different players. So, it’s Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi. For sure."
"I don’t know how I could forget Lionel Messi… I guess I was only naming players I’ve watched. I’ll keep Modric. Definitely. And then the others," a tennis fan account quoted Alcaraz.
Previously, Carlos Alcaraz’s top five footballers included Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric, Ronaldinho, and Neymar.
