World No. 3 American Coco Gauff took to social media after her loss in the final of the WTA 1000 tournament in Rome. She was defeated by Italian Jasmine Paolini with a score of 4/6, 2/6.
`Thank you, Rome. I`ll be back stronger,` Gauff wrote in her social media post.
Notably, this loss marks the American`s second consecutive defeat in a final. Earlier, she had lost to world No. 1 Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka in the final of the WTA 1000 tournament in Madrid.
