Coco Gauff: Why I Prefer Cacio e Pepe Pasta to Carbonara

World number three, American tennis star Coco Gauff, recently shared her culinary preferences, specifically regarding Italian cuisine, during an on-court interview.

Following her victory over Mirra Andreeva, Gauff commented on her favorite pasta dishes. She stated: “Carbonara is good, but I just like cacio e pepe more. I`d choose cacio e pepe. I don`t know if you guys agree. If not, you can boo me, it`s okay.” This lighthearted remark revealed her clear preference for the Roman dish cacio e pepe over the popular carbonara.
