FIFA Club World Cup 2025 Schedule Overview

This summer marks a new era for soccer with the expanded FIFA Club World Cup, held in the U.S. for the first time. The competition will feature 32 teams from around the globe vying for a significant prize pool.

The lineup includes many high-profile clubs, such as UEFA Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain and Argentine giants Boca Juniors. European teams form the largest contingent with 12 participants, while South America has six. Asia and Africa are represented by four teams each, and North America fields five, including three MLS clubs. Oceania has one spot, filled by the amateur side Auckland City.

While top European powerhouses like Real Madrid and Manchester City are widely seen as favorites, teams like Inter Miami (led by Lionel Messi) and Al-Hilal aim to make a notable impact as potential underdogs. Other European sides, such as Simone Inzaghi`s former club Inter Milan, will also be looking to claim this prestigious trophy.
