Italian player Jasmine Paolini commented on her triumphant win at the WTA 1000 tournament in Rome. In the final match, she defeated American Coco Gauff with a score of 6-4, 6-2.
Paolini revealed that she was completely concentrated on the game throughout.
I tried to focus on the match. I kept telling myself that it absolutely didn`t matter what was happening; I just had to play every single ball. And I did that throughout the entire match. I think I played my best match of the tournament.
This victory marked Jasmine Paolini`s third career title and her first of the current season.
