Joe Rogan will be back at the commentary table for UFC 314, joining a star-studded broadcast team for this major event.
Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes are set to headline a thrilling night in Miami, in what many consider to be the UFC`s most exciting card of the year. The broadcast team will feature big names, including Rogan, Dustin Poirier, and Daniel Cormier.
The co-main event is a highly anticipated lightweight clash between Paddy Pimblett and Michael Chandler, a fight with potential title implications. Both fighters have history with Poirier, especially Chandler, who engaged in a heated rivalry with him in 2022.
Joe Rogan and Dustin Poirier’s Role on UFC 314 Broadcast Confirmed
The UFC 314 broadcast team is officially set, with Joe Rogan returning to commentary alongside Jon Anik and Daniel Cormier. Rogan, known for his comedy and podcasting, typically only covers UFC events in the United States, meaning he will not be present for UFC 315 the following month.

Poirier will be part of the analysis desk team, alongside Chael Sonnen and Anthony Smith. Chris Weidman will also feature on the pre-fight weigh-in show.
Megan Olivi will continue her role as roving reporter, and Brett Okamoto from ESPN will host the desk.
Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler are Still Bitter Rivals
Poirier`s insights on the analysis desk will be particularly interesting given his history with the co-main event fighters. While Pimblett recently called him out for a retirement fight, Poirier`s main ongoing rivalry is with Michael Chandler.

The two fought at UFC 281 in New York, a grudge match that Poirier won by submission after a fierce battle. Despite the decisive victory, Poirier still has negative opinions about Chandler, even accusing him of cheating during their fight.
Chandler, however, claims they are now friends, although Poirier seems unconvinced. Chandler stated in an interview with Helen Yee, “We are friends, he just hasn’t admitted it yet. He doesn’t know we are friends.”
