World No. 19 Karen Khachanov commented on the physical form of Novak Djokovic after defeating the Serb in an exhibition match at the Hurlingham Club yesterday.
In an on-court interview following the match, Khachanov was asked about Djokovic`s physical condition.
He responded directly, stating, “No, he`s always like that, he looks very sexy.”
When the interviewer expressed surprise, presumably referencing Djokovic`s age (38), and remarked, “He`s already 38, are you kidding? He looks amazing!”, Khachanov simply reiterated his initial comment.
“Agreed, as I said, he`s very sexy,” he confirmed.
Khachanov had previously commented on Novak Djokovic, stating that “Age is just a number for him.”
