World No. 30, Czech tennis player Linda Noskova, has publicly responded to online criticism she received after her third-round loss to Mirra Andreeva at the WTA 1000 tournament in Rome (1/6, 5/7).
Taking to social media, Noskova shared a message directed at those who targeted her personally following the defeat.
`To everyone who mentioned my mother after my loss, especially on Mother`s Day: I sincerely hope that one day you find compassion in your heart,`
she wrote.
Notably, the young player`s mother passed away last summer after a prolonged illness.
