Former tennis world No. 1 Maria Sharapova marked International Mother`s Day, which was observed on May 11th this year, by posting a heartfelt message.
The Russian star shared a photo of her two-year-old son, Theo, holding a large bouquet of flowers.
“This little munchkin brings me so much joy. Motherhood has taught me lessons in responsibility, discipline, and immense patience. And I wouldn`t change a thing,” Sharapova wrote alongside the picture.
She added a special message to all mothers and women who care for children: “Happy Mother`s Day to all the wonderful moms and women who care for children every day. This is your day too.”
