Maximus Jones Claims Maiden Challenger Title in Abidjan

World No. 618, Maximus Jones of Thailand, triumphed over Lithuanian Ricardas Berankis, ranked 297th by the ATP, in the final of the Abidjan Challenger tournament in Côte d`Ivoire. Jones secured the victory on the hard court with set scores of 6-3, 4-6, 6-4.

The Thai player won their first head-to-head encounter in a match that lasted 2 hours and 10 minutes.
