Nick Kyrgios, the 2022 Wimbledon finalist, has shared his thoughts on Jakub Mensik`s impressive victory against Novak Djokovic in the Miami Masters final (7-6(4), 7-6(4)).
Kyrgios tweeted, “Mensik is seriously special. It`s not just about beating the greatest ever with such composure in a major tournament, but also the fact that he`s only 19… This guy is truly exceptional with immense potential, capable of achieving extraordinary things.”
Jakub Mensik now holds the record for being the lowest-ranked champion in the history of the Miami men`s tournament.
