Sean O`Malley Joins Social Media Trend with Funny Video

Despite his social media break, ‘Suga’ returned online this week to participate in the latest trending internet challenge.

Online fitness coach Ashton Hall recently posted a `morning routine` video on social media that, despite gaining nearly a billion views, has been widely mocked and ridiculed.

Many internet personalities have joined the trend, mocking Hall`s routine, with O`Malley being the latest.

In an Instagram video, the 30-year-old pretends to wake up at 3:53 AM to start his routine. O`Malley gets into an ice bath, something he actually promotes. While in the ice bath, he dunks his face in a bowl of ice water, mimicking a part of Hall`s original routine.

Sean O`Malley Expected for Title Rematch Against Dvalishvili

Fortunately for O`Malley, he appears to be the next contender for the 135lb title shot against Merab Dvalishvili.

They recently met at the UFC Performance Institute, discussing a potential title rematch while in a jacuzzi together.

Dvalishvili himself recently went viral after nearly falling off a cliff while performing Georgian dancing in Monaco.

With both fighters interested in a rematch, the timing of this major title fight remains unclear.
