Italian independent studio Broken Arms Games has made a free playtest version of their upcoming golf club management simulation, Under Par Golf Architect, available to PC players. From June 6th to June 11th, users can try out the game and explore its current features.
A key element of managing a golf club is designing the course itself. The game provides players with comprehensive tools to shape the landscape and environment, allowing them to bring their ideal course layouts to life.
While the full game will offer much more, including in-depth club management features, this playtest focuses specifically on the course design tools. The primary goal is to gather feedback on whether these tools are robust enough for players to create unique golf courses with distinct visual styles that they find appealing.
“This open playtest is a key moment in our development process,” stated Yves Hohler, co-founder and creative director of Broken Arms Games. “We are excited to open the doors to the community and gather feedback on the overall user experience.”
Players interested in participating can access the free playtest via Steam. Broken Arms Games also plans to showcase Under Par Golf Architect during the upcoming Future Games Show, where they intend to reveal more details about the gameplay of this casual management simulation.
