United States Sweeps Denmark in Billie Jean King Cup Qualification

The United States team secured a decisive victory over Denmark in the Billie Jean King Cup qualifier held on Saturday, April 12th.

In the opening match, Hailey Baptiste triumphed over Rebecca Munk Mortensen with a score of 6-1, 6-4.

Following this, Bernarda Pera defeated Johanna Christine Svendsen 6-3, 6-1.

In the final doubles match, Desirae Krawczyk and Asia Muhammad proved too strong for the pairing of Laura Brunkel and Emily Francati, winning 6-4, 6-1.

Ultimately, the American team claimed a 3-0 victory and currently holds the top spot in their group of three, with Slovakia in second place.
