Will Alexander Zverev Conquer a Grand Slam? Sinner’s Coach Believes So

Simone Vagnozzi, the coach of world No. 1 Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner, has expressed his opinion on the chances of German player Alexander Zverev to win a Grand Slam tournament.

“I am convinced that Zverev will win at least one Grand Slam tournament. He has improved significantly after his ankle injury. Since then, he has made more progress than in the entire previous period,” – Venerdi de Repubblicca quotes Vagnozzi.

On April 18th, Zverev reached the semi-finals of the ATP 500 clay tournament in Munich, Germany. In the quarter-finals, he defeated Dutch tennis player Tallon Griekspoor (ATP rank 37) in three sets with a score of 6-7(6), 7-6(3), 6-4.
